Menisha Virdi joined Rankin, Shuey, Mintz, Lampasona & Harper as an associate attorney in 2026. Ms. Virdi is a graduate of UC Berkeley and UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings). She has four years of experience conducting workplace investigations, including at Fortune 500 companies, Western Digital and Tesla. Her work to date reflects a sharp analytical mindset and a pragmatic approach to navigating complex legal issues.

Outside of work, Menisha enjoys Peloton workouts, exploring the Bay Area’s food scene as a dedicated foodie, and spending time with her adopted American Pit Bull Terrier, Gracie.
